The TTDS Card was the very first card to surface and offer competition to the R4 DS and the M3 DS Simply cards.  The TTDS Card offered features that surpassed both the R4 and the M3 line of slot 1 flash cards.  First and foremost the ability to use larger microSD HC cards set it ahead of the competing cards, as most, if not all R4 DS and M3 DS cards were limited to only 2GB storage via microSD, the TTDS Card boasted 4 GB support.  The TTDS also automatically detected the different save types for games and automatically generated the save type.  With the built in cheat code functions of the TTDS Card users could also use any one of the many gameshark codes / action replay codes for their Nintendo DS and DS Lite.

The TTDS also included a user friendly GUI that worked exactly the same as other slot 1 cards, except that it offered a more visually pleasing experience for the end users.  It also supports Wifi gaming as well as the DS Rumble pak and the DS Browser.  The TTDS Card has full built in support for all NDS Homebrew games and applications and includes the much wanted DLDI auto-patching so that you can simply drag and drop your games and applications to the TTDS and they'll just work, with no hassles, and no fuss.
