Shipping & Returns
We have a shipping office situated in the heart of the video game accessory industry in Hong Kong. Most shipments will be sent via Express Airmail from our warehouse in Hong Kong. You will receive your parcel within 5-15 days after you have placed your order with us online. We also have a partner in sunny California and in some cases your package will be shipped from that warehouse, providing they is stock available. All main business operations however are conducted from Hong Kong, but all customer support and order handling is done from North American soil.
You have a choice of 2 shipping methods:
1. Airmail: This is recommended for smaller items, and if you are not in a rush to get them. They do arrive usually within around 5-15 days after they have been dispatched from our warehouse. It is a low cost method of shipping, but can not be tracked online. We have shipped literally thousands of packages by this method each and every month and have had very low instances of lost package or packages arriving late. A very affordable method of shipping your goods from our door, directly to your door.
2. EMS Express Post COURIER: This is recommended for very valuable items. It is a fully traceable method of shipping to most countries world wide. It usually takes only 3-7 days to arrive to most countries world wide. The price of shipping varies on the weight of the item and the number of items that you are ordering. The base rate is $15.00 for most countries world wide and this base rate covers around 80% of our products without any problem. Recommended if you would like to track your item progress online.
Most orders are shipping within 24 hours after payment has been received. This is to ensure that the order was properly processed and a double check was done for potentially fraudulent orders as required by our processors, InternetSecure. In some cases, some orders may take longer to ship, but you will be able to determine this by looking in the products details box under availability which is on the left hand side of each and every individual product page. We aim to give as much information to our valued customers to better help them make a purchasing decision. Some very fast selling items sometimes require us to state that the item will ship in around 5-10 days time after you make your purchase. By ordering at this time, it guarantees that your order will be one of the first to leave our warehouse. We ship by the simple rule of FIFO - First In First Out
Returns and Refunds:
We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original packaging and that all included items which were in the original package are also included. The item must not be damaged in any way, or user repairs attemped, or else we will be forced to not accept the item back for an exchange. We do not offer refunds on any of the merchandise we sell. All sales in this sense are final, but we stand by what we sell and will provide an exchange service to make sure the item you purchased functions as it should. We cannot be held responsible if you order the wrong item, or if your console does not allow the function of the product, please double check you are ordering the correct item before checking out your shopping cart.
We also will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your console during installation or use of any of our products. Since we do not offer installation services, you take full responsibility for the installation and any and all related things. We will not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to an incorrect installation of our products. We will however provide any help via email should you need it to ensure a smooth installation process for you.
