Testimonials
Guys,
Is that all I have to do?
That was the question I was asking myself.
I received my cover yesterday. Got home and in less than 10
minutes it was
installed and I was playing with reckless abandon.
I have four mates all waiting to see how I went. I can
guarantee you will have at least four orders in the next couple
of weeks.
Well done on an innovative yet extremely easy to install and use
product.
Extremely happy.
Thanks!

Ninja GC Mod Chip For Gamecube
While there are numerous GC Mod Chips on the market today, there
are only a few that really stand out. Either due to the price
or ease of installation. The Ninja GC Mod Chip is a famous
modchip for the Gamecube but is by no means THE mod chip you have to
buy. The Xeno GC Mod Chip is by far both lower in price and
easier to install than the Ninja chip.

| Ninja GC Mod Chip |
Turn your Gamecube into a Ninja, or NOT... The Gamecube came late to the
gates with a mod chip solution. Prior to mod chips for the Gamecube there
were several homebrew ways of loading backup or import games into your console.
Often times this mean hooking it up to your PC and transferring the game date or
" modchip " code through a cable or the broadband adapter. The Viper
Gamecube chip was released to make this task much easier, but it required
soldering of wires into some difficult places on the GC motherboard.
Having been one of the largest mod chip and modification stores for the last 6
years, all of us here at PS2Cover.com are committed to bringing our customers
the easiest of solutions. It started with our PS2 Flip Top lid - Allowing
PS2 Gamers to quickly and easily boot their backup games on their PS2 console
without a mod chip. Unfortunately, there is no such solution available for
Gamecube consoles. What is however available is the XenoGC chip.
While it is still a chip, it makes installation a breeze by using quick solder
pads, and by simply placing the chip in the right place on the Gamecube
motherboard, and applying a little bit of solder. This in turn allows you
to quickly install into place the modchip itself. Often times in as little
as 10 - 15 minutes. |
Ninja GC Mod Chip, Viper GC
Mod Chip or XenoGC Chip... Which one is right? |
There really isn't a right OR wrong mod chip when it comes to the
Gamecube. Unlike many other chips for other game systems like Xbox
or PS2, the Gamecube mod chip features are essentially all the same.
Whether you purchase a Ninja GC or ViperGC, your end result will not
vary greatly at all. While the Viper Gamecube Mod Chip does have
some additional functions built in, such as USB Transferring, and
regular Bios Updates, both the Ninja GC and the XenoGC will allow you to
play your import and backup Gamecube Games With ease.
The XenoGC has the following features (and these are the same as the
NinjaGC chip too... but at a cost that is close to $15.00 less than the
Ninja GC Mod chip).
Features and Functions of GC Mod Chips
- direct boot of DVD+-RW media
- compatible with all regions & all versions
- region free loading
- super easy wireless install
- no need to remove mainboard
- The XenoGC Gamecube Mod chip has PAL/NTSC region force
- installation control LEDs
- Switcheable read setting adjustment / error retry
- Switcheable audiofix
- Each mod chip comes in anti-static packaging
