PS2 Region Free
Turning your PS2 into a region free games system means that your PS2 will be able to play all games, region free. The Playstation 2 has built in region codes, much like your DVD player and the DVD movies you watch. But unlike DVD movies and DVD players, the PS2 only games 3 different regions.
Region 1 - USA NTSC, Region 2 - JAPAN NTSCJ and then the PAL European models.
